Can we keep taking phone bookings?
Yes. Your operators create phone bookings in the same dispatch panel, so every ride, from the app or the phone, runs through one system.
How long does it take to switch?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks from kick-off to launch. Most of that time is branding, app store review and driver onboarding. See the week-by-week plan.
Can our drivers keep driving for other apps?
That's your decision, not ours. The platform lets you give priority to exclusive or top-rated drivers, and set commission tiers that reward drivers who stay with you.
What happens to our existing customers?
You invite them to your new app, for example with a launch offer on receipts, by SMS or in the car. The launch system includes ready-made templates for this.
Do we need our own IT team?
No. HOPIN hosts, updates and supports the platform. Your team runs the business in the admin panel.
