What does the setup fee cover?
Everything needed to go live: your brand in the apps (name, logo, colors), publishing in the App Store and Google Play, configuration of tariffs, zones and service types, driver onboarding materials, the launch checklist and training for your team.
Can I start with Core and move to Growth later?
Yes. The packages build on each other, so you can move up when you're ready without changing apps or losing data.
How is the per-ride fee counted?
2% of the fare is charged for every completed ride. Cancelled and unpaid rides don't count. You see the count in your admin panel, and it is the same number we invoice.
Are there other costs?
Third-party costs such as card-payment fees, SMS and map usage are billed by those providers and depend on your volume. Ask us for an estimate for your city. Custom work outside the packages is quoted separately.
Which payment methods can my riders use?
Card, cash, e-wallet and vouchers, plus monthly invoices for business accounts. The platform connects to payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal, and to local providers.
