What does white label actually mean?
It means you launch a taxi app under your own name, with technology that someone else built and runs. Riders and drivers see your brand, your logo and your colors. HOPIN stays in the background and keeps the platform running, updated and secure.
Will the app use our own branding?
Yes. Your name, logo, colors and app-store listing, in your own passenger and driver apps. You can try your name and a color on this page before you talk to us.
Do we need to build the technology ourselves?
No. The platform is built and run by HOPIN. You bring your market, your drivers and your brand. Building your own app from scratch usually costs €150,000 to €350,000 and takes 12 to 18 months. Read: build vs buy.
How much does it cost?
A monthly fee of €390 (Core) or €590 (Growth), and 2% of the fare for every completed ride. There are no hidden fees for updates. See pricing or work out your own numbers.
Can we move from our existing system?
Yes. We plan the move with you: your drivers, your prices, your regular customers and your business accounts. Most operators run both systems side by side for a short time. Read how to switch without losing customers.
Who owns the app-store accounts and customer data?
You do. The apps are published under your company's own developer accounts, and the rider data in your app belongs to your business. HOPIN processes it on your behalf under a data processing agreement. Read more about security and data.
How quickly can we launch?
